July 5 - Today was the scheduled closing date but things have been drawn out further. We are now expecting to close on/or before Friday July 8th. The good news is that we completed a walk-thru with the my agent Karie Rolen and Lorre Stimac. Despite a couple minor details, everything looked great and was in order. Today I will complete another walk-thru that will go over the house systems - water, furnace, power, etc. Once this is complete, I should be able to beging moving boxes into the garage until closing is final.
